Have Dagu Lu DVD stores closed down?

A has just informed us that our favorite strip may be no more. She was at Lu around 4 p.m. yesterday, only to find all the stores locked and shut. An opportunistic street vendor told her they had all closed down, before trying to hawk his own wares. Just a , or has Lu become the of Expo clean-up?
