Expatriate’s Company Letter?
Can anyone get me the format for the cover letter from the Expatriate’s Company inorder to obtain Dependant pass for the spouse of the Indain Citizen working in Malaysia

We hereby confirm that the bearer Mr……………Pasport No……….
is our employee engaged in ……………(work nature) as …………(Position).
His term of contract is from ………..to …………. and he shall reside in Malaysia during that period (copy of Visa & work permit attached).
His contract has allowed him to reside his wife here during that period and we will accommodated her upon issuance of a valid pass.
